Booking and payment

Arrival and departure
Each apartment publishes its check-in and check-out time. Once confirmed, you can complete online check-in and review your stay through the guest portal.
Privacy and security
Payments are processed through Recurrente; Stay At Peten does not store your card details. Booking information is used to manage your stay, invoicing, and transactional communications.
